Our eggs first go to our CSA customers. We will update the inventory here once a week with any extra eggs.

Our egg-layer flock is housed in a mobile coop (Eggmobile) that we move about once per week in the growing season. They have a large area around the Eggmobile and inside an electric fence in which to forage. The flock is a mix of heritage breeds and production layers and they lay a variety of colored eggs, including blue, green, white, and many shades of brown. Our customers love the beauty, as well as the flavor, of a dozen Solstice Farm eggs!
